In 2013, he founded Plaza Park Interiors , a custom drapery and upholstery workroom and hardware distributor serving the interior design trade, smaller custom workrooms and contract accounts nationwide, but focuses on the Eastern half of the country.
His most recent venture, R2A Custom Frames, offers ready-to-assemble custom furniture frames built specifically for the needs of smaller workrooms and furniture makers, streamlining their furniture production for those with limited space or staffing challenges for carpentry.
Morris also owns Valley Interiors, a high end showroom in Westwood, New Jersey, showcasing hard and soft window treatments, fabrics, and furniture; and Plaza Park Cleaning Services, which specializes in cleaning and adding protection for drapery, shades, upholstery, carpeting, rugs, and patio cushions
He is the visionary behind The White Room at 707, an elegant showroom and multifunctional venue for private events, business workshops, product and books launches, personal development and networking sessions.
Beyond his business ventures, Morris is committed to mentoring future entrepreneurs and empowering tradespeople to learn and grow with purpose. Known for his dynamic mindset and hands-on leadership, he helps younger creative tradespeople build scalable, service-driven companies.
Morris also serves as Assistant Pastor at Village Lutheran Church and The Chapel School, He was ordained in 2015. There he leads worship, fellowship and outreach initiatives and preaches.
He is co-founder of Goons4Good.org, a local 501C3 nonprofit, supporting cancer fighters and their caregivers, food security, developmental disability and veterans, through community-driven events and outreach.
